April, a young woman from Seattle, during a party dies due to an overdose. Elijah Kane (Steven Seagal) and his team led by him, are in a race against time to uncover who is behind the pill 'E', extremely toxic, responsible for several deaths in the city. As though that were not enough, the same team must provide bodyguards for a very arrogant director who made a movie about the most dangerous areas of Seattle.
